The cross curricular approach adopted by Lower Key Stage 2 has proved a great success with year 4 pupils recently enjoying an Indian locality study which involved various aspects of Indian life. The topic was rounded off with a themed morning giving children the opportunity to cook naan bread, make Indian fighting kites, bake, design Mendhi hand patterns and play traditional Indian sport of Kabbadi.
