Franche 726 offer high quality, inclusive flexible childcare for all children aged from 3 months through to 14 years.  We ensure we offer a friendly, safe and secure environment for all children to play and learn, developing their full potential, enabling them to express energy, enthusiasm and curiosity.  We encourage children to learn through play using a variety of resources and equipment supporting their physical, intellectual, language, emotional and social stages to development.

We offer free flow opportunities both inside and out using the ‘Forest School’ and tree house area for bug hunting, den making, story telling and simply letting imagination run wild.

Because of the close link with the Children’s Centre we are able to offer a child and family centred approach. We will support parents through encouraging further / enhanced play and learning opportunities outside of the nursery setting. We endeavour to support through developing routines for sleep, feeding and toileting. We continually strive to improve on our quality and welcome all feedback and comments from parents and carers.

Childcare is available from 7am through to 6pm (hence the name). All staff are CRB cleared (at enhance level), experienced and continually undergo training (including food hygiene and paediatric first aid) to support professional development and enhance the quality of service.

All snacks and meals are produced on site all produce is locally sourced or produced (the onsite school being a ‘Food For Life Flagship’ recently achieving the Silver Award). We ensure that all food is healthy and well balanced. Meal times are seen as important social experience being part of each child’s individual learning.

726 has gained further funding to offer ‘Aiming High’ respite holiday activities for children with a disability aged 3 to 14 years. This is offered on a one to one ratio with staff. All staff are appropriately trained and again all our resources and play opportunities are inclusive taking into account the individual specific needs of each child.
